These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which we provide services and how we safeguard both our clients and our company. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Scott Preferred Care, Inc. provides high-end concierge private duty nursing, clinical oversight, and registry staffing for families who expect the very best. All services are delivered by licensed professionals and customized to each client’s unique needs.

The information provided on our website — including articles, case studies, testimonials, and resources — is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

It should not be considered a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individualized care recommendations are only made after a formal consultation and service agreement with Scott Preferred Care’s licensed clinicians.

By engaging our services, clients receive direct access to our expert clinical managers and ICU-trained nurses, who provide tailored care plans and professional oversight specific to their situation.

Formal nursing services require a signed service agreement. This agreement defines:

• The scope of services.
   
• Care schedules and staffing levels.
   
• Billing and payment terms.
   

Submitting a consultation request or inquiry through our website does not create a client relationship until a signed agreement is in place.

Payment terms are outlined in each client’s agreement. Payments must be made according to those terms. Missed or late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

We are committed to delivering ICU-level nursing care and clinical oversight at home.

• If, after 60 consecutive days of care, you do not feel your loved one has experienced meaningful progress in health, mobility, comfort, or quality of life, you may request a full refund of service fees for that period.
   
• “Progress” is defined broadly and may include improvements in strength, balance, daily functioning, pain management, reduced readmission risk, or overall engagement in life.
   
• This guarantee applies to services delivered continuously under a signed agreement and excludes interruptions caused by hospitalizations, family-initiated pauses, or non-compliance with care plans.
   

This is our way of removing risk and demonstrating our confidence in the quality of care we provide.

While every patient’s medical journey is unique and outcomes may vary, Scott Preferred Care, Inc. guarantees the quality, intensity, and oversight of our care services.
